Was born in Mexico and is a graduate of the San Carlos Academy of Art in Mexico City , where the great Mexican muralists were forged. Their influence was much in evidence at the start of her carrier as an artist, but living and working in Israel for many years while experimenting with different techniques, her own style and means of expression developed to what it is today, without ever forsaking the colors and shapes learned in her youth.
With the advent of a computerized world, Tzipora plunged with great gusto into the virtual reality only possible using a computer in lieu of paint on canvas. Today, she works with equal ease using both techniques.
